Building Online Equipment Check Offs
Most equipment problems do not start as dramatic failures. They start as small notes, missed checks, open discrepancies, passdown details, and work orders that live in too many places.
We built the VBFD equipment checks application to give that information a better path. The app lets crews complete daily apparatus checks, document failures, submit work orders, capture passdown notes, and give officers an audit view of what is happening across stations, shifts, units, and equipment.
It is not about making firefighters do more paperwork. It is about turning the work they already do into clean, searchable records the department can actually use.
